TG1 reviews all submissions against the ODA PLMN ID qualification criteria. Qualified entries are added to the next registry revision and published publicly. All submissions require a verifiable regulatory authority assignment — anonymous submissions are not accepted.

The first step is to review submission to ensure it meets the criteria for TG1 review.

Submission Review

TG1 verifies the regulatory assignment and checks the PLMN ID against existing registry entries.

TG1 Working Session Review

Submission is presented at the next TG1 working session for qualification vote.

Status Assigned

Entry is marked Qualified, Provisional, or Candidate based on TG1 criteria.

Registry Updated

Qualified entries are added to the next PLMN ID Registry revision and published publicly.

About the registry

The ODA PLMN ID Registry is the authoritative list of MCC-MNC ranges qualified for Private Cellular Network use. All listed PLMN IDs must be accepted by ODA Enabled devices without rejection, roaming suppression, or carrier override.
