Membership is open to all Enterprises, Industry, Organizations, and Individuals with a stake in the Private Cellular Network ecosystem. ODA members shape the implementation standards their devices are certified against, vote on technical specifications, and drive accountability through the ODA Enabled program.
ODA working groups operate openly. Every document, vote, and technical decision is recorded and accessible to all members. No closed-door decisions, no lock-in. Members receive named contribution credit in all ratified ODA standards.
