Trevor McLaughlin is a telecommunications expert and the Founder & CEO of networkfx. Over a 30-year career spanning leadership roles at Meta, Samsung, Ericsson, Dell, and T-Mobile, he has established himself as a trusted authority on wireless infrastructure and enterprise network deployment. Driven by a passion for simplicity, transparency, and architectural elegance, Trevor focuses on unravelling the complexities of the wireless industry—specifically the strategy, return on investment, and implementation of Private 4G and 5G networks.

Russell has 30+ years of driving fundamental changes in the telecommunications industry covering the range of network design and deployment, development of the leading third-party operator to establishing industry best practices and standards. Based on this foundation of change he is committed to delivering connectivity solutions that meet requirements of the enterprise leveraging advanced technologies toward a more user controlled infrastructure stack that integrates seamlessly into global networks. Russell holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the IEEE Communications Society.

Joe Reynolds is a director-level telecom sales leader with 25 years of experience driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth, expanding wireless device programs, and building high-impact partnerships across the telecom ecosystem. He specializes in creating new sales channels, launching OEM/ODM hardware products, and working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and executive teams to bring innovative mobility solutions to market. He has led strategic engagements with organizations including Google, Tesla, SpaceX, Dell, Dish, AT&T, Globalstar, and NTT, helping them source and deploy 4G/5G mobility products, private network solutions, and custom-engineered wireless hardware. His approach blends strong relationship-building, technical fluency, and strategic planning to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and scale revenue. His work has contributed to major organizational growth, including developing carrier channels responsible for $100M+ in annual revenue and helping scale company brand identity to increase revenue and brand awareness. With deep experience across the wireless value chain — carriers, OEMs, distributors, ODMs, and enterprise — he thrives in roles where sales, technology, and product strategy intersect. He is passionate about delivering solutions that strengthen networks, empower customers, and drive long-term business growth.

Ken Sandfeld

Ken Sandfeld has been at the forefront of cellular network infrastructure solutions for two decades. His career started with the groundbreaking launch of CDMA in South Korea in the 90s, focusing on MACRO cellular products include RF Amplifiers, Tower Top Amplifiers, and GPS Time & Frequency Systems where he founded Zyfer and then exited and moved to REMEC. Seeing that MACRO was maturing he moved into the in-building cellular DAS business with MobileAccess (now Airspan) ignited a true passion for tackling the unique wireless challenges of enterprises. In 2009 he became a co-founder of SOLiD USA where he led a team focused on becoming a TOP 3 player in the segment. He exited SOLiD in 2021 to focus on Private Wireless first with JMA Wireless running their Indoor and Outdoor Wireless Group and then in 2024 his passion ultimately led him to co-found Revells.ai LLC with Peter Cho. He is now building the future of DAS, 5G Private Wireless Networks (PWN), and 60GHz Wireless Networks by launching innovated new products and helping system integrators get them into the market.
