Trevor McLaughlin is a telecommunications expert and the Founder & CEO of networkfx. Over a 30-year career spanning leadership roles at Meta, Samsung, Ericsson, Dell, and T-Mobile, he has established himself as a trusted authority on wireless infrastructure and enterprise network deployment. Driven by a passion for simplicity, transparency, and architectural elegance, Trevor focuses on unravelling the complexities of the wireless industry—specifically the strategy, return on investment, and implementation of Private 4G and 5G networks.

His career started with the groundbreaking launch of CDMA in South Korea in the 90s, focusing on MACRO cellular products include RF Amplifiers, Tower Top Amplifiers, and GPS Time & Frequency Systems where he founded Zyfer and then exited and moved to REMEC. Seeing that MACRO was maturing he moved into the in-building cellular DAS business with MobileAccess (now Airspan) ignited a true passion for tackling the unique wireless challenges of enterprises. In 2009 he became a co-founder of SOLiD USA where he led a team focused on becoming a TOP 3 player in the segment. He exited SOLiD in 2021 to focus on Private Wireless first with JMA Wireless running their Indoor and Outdoor Wireless Group and then in 2024 his passion ultimately led him to co-found Revells.ai LLC with Peter Cho. He is now building the future of DAS, 5G Private Wireless Networks (PWN), and 60GHz Wireless Networks by launching innovated new products and helping system integrators get them into the market.
